Why is my online store inactive after changing payment method?

Hi everyone, 

Im facing issue with my shopify store a few days back shopify was showing me error for the payment, that payment is pending and unable to deduct the payment. I was confused why was this happening. So, I changed my charge method for the shopify to a pay-pal . Till that second my store is inactive and shopify support is not responding its been 5 days. Please let me know can this be undone or resolved.
