Why is my online store inactive due to AUP violation?

Hi shopify guru's. I got my site terminated from shopify... Got shopify email terminated due to AUP violation.. my website url- circln-computers.myshopify.com please cheack and active my account. already my google merchant or ads account  suspended

I reply back but can't shopify response me back...

Eunice here from Shopify, thank you for posting today.

From your message, it sounds like your store has recently been locked due to an AUP violation. 

The only way to get your account unlocked, or understand why your account is currently locked is to respond to the email from the Trust and Safety team. It sounds like you've already done that, which is great. 

I can understand it's frustrating to wait for a response but I can assure you that a member of the Trust and Safety team will be in touch.

Hello i have the same probleme, my website isn't live yet, still under renovation,  no visits and no explanation has been provided so far, i checked every section of AUP but i'm not chekcing none of the reasons to be banned, all the documents has been provided

i really don't undersant how shopify can do that without giving any explanation , i reached out to the support the told they will get in touch with me  4 days ago but still nothing so far
