Why is my online store not generating sales?

I had my store for a year. But I have had only 1 sale last year. I don’t know if this is working. I don’t know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am paying a lot of subscriptions.

Same here, Ive had it for 4 years now and costs more than the profit. I have only sold about 4 items that my own friends ordered. Frustrating that they dont offer any support in this matter.
