Why is my online store not loading and how can I fix it?

Hi there!  I have an issue since this morning, I can not open my shopify online store, becaue "

There's a problem loading this page.There's a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn't work, visit our status page(opens a new window)

for updates and try again later." Please let me know what should I do in order to solve the issue. (I tried to reload the page in Firefox, Edge, Chrome etc, but It donesn't work)

We're happy to hear you were able to regain access to your Shopify admin and no longer see an error message.

As @Ecommpremium and @MarinaPetrovic have mentioned, Shopify experienced an issue preventing web traffic to our servers. This affected accessing admins and some areas of contacting support. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should be able to regain access to your Shopify admin.

I understand you're experiencing the same issue as above where there's a technical error message displayed when loading your store. Currently, we are not experiencing any outages or downtime as per the information shared on our Shopify Store Status page.

To gather a bit more context, could you provide the following:

• Have you made any recent changes to your online store/admin?
• Are you able to replicate this error when trying in an incognito window, clearing your cookies and cache or trying a different browser?

For better visibility, could you please provide your store URL?
