Why is my online store not loading?

If you are also seeing an issue logging in, can you please share a screenshot or details of any error messages you see I would be happy to take a look.

I cant add the picture but its bringing me to my namecheap page

I keep trying but it says cant open page

It would appear that your domain is the issue here rather than your store. You may need to log in to your Namecheap account to fix this. 

However, in order to log in to your Shopify store and admin you can follow the steps here: 

1. Go to the Shopify login page.
2. Enter your email address that's associated to your Shopify account or use one of the login services to log in.
3. Enter your password, and then click Log in.
4. If you have two-step authentication activated on your Shopify account, then enter the authentication code using your authentication method, and then click Log in.
5. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated to your Shopify account, then select the store that you want to access.

I understand you are seeing your store as inaccessible is that right? Can you please share a screenshot of what you see when you attempt to log in? 

If you're trying to log in and are receiving an error message, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 

• Check your internet browser for any available updates and complete them if available
• Try logging in via an alternate internet browser
• Try logging in using private/incognito mode on your internet browser
• Clear your cache and cookies and try logging in again

If the above fails, then please do share the error you are seeing and I would be happy to advise further.
