All things Shopify and commerce
Hello,
Majority of my store is saying "404 Page Not Found :The page you requested does not exist." My domain is up to date and has been the same since 2018. I even tried to connect it again and it said it was successful. Can someone please help with a solution on how to get this fixed quickly? Thank you so much.
Hello, @PerpetualTresse.
Welcome to Shopify Community. My name is Olivia and I work here.
I'd love to help you sort this out. Are you still experiencing errors when accessing your store/domain? You didn't share what your store URL was - let me know so I can further troubleshoot from my end!
I also had a look at the timestamp of when you posted your question, and it appears that some stores did experience intermittent issues such as what you described. We had this resolved shortly after, but we do provide timely updates on our status page for current issues here: https://www.shopifystatus.com/. This is a great page to bookmark so you can rule out any known outage that is impacting your store.
If what you experienced was related to this known issue, you will see that it is resolved after you clear the cache/cookies of your current browser.
With that being said, I wanted to point out that Community Forums are not a regularly monitored area by Shopify Employees. Should you need assistance in the future please reach out to our support via chat, or on social media via Facebook or Twitter for more immediate support. Doing so will ensure your issue is reviewed in a timely manner, and create a better user experience for you overall.
I look forward to connecting,

I logged back in to my store after 4 days of using my trial, and I made sales as well. Now I cannot access my account nor can I access my payouts. This is so unfair. I make money with them and now they want to take me down??
Hi, @Malcomlee!
Thank you for reaching out to me with your concerns.
I would like to start by congratulating you on your first sale and embarking on this entrepreneurial journey with Shopify. We are excited to watch your business grow, and support you throughout all the stages of of your venture.
Since you just started your store, it's possible that it was caught in some automatic filters from our Business Operations team. This is nothing to worry about and can be resolved in a few easy steps. At this time, I ask that you connect with our 24/7 Support team directly so they can authenticate you for security and send the request to the correct internal team for review.
This review is a standard part of our process and can take up to 24-72 hours to complete. If any further information or next steps are requested, they will be discussed with you directly. Please reach out at your earliest convenience to get started.
Warm regards,
Olivia | Social Care @ Shopify
