my shopify payments has been on hold for 2 weeks, and there's no issues on it. is it always that long? or is there anyway to make the process faster? my payout schedule is every business day.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! In order for us to take a further look into the store in question, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since we are unable to authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared. It would be best to navigate to our Help Center and let the virtual assistant know that you would like to Speak with support. This will allow you to speak directly with a Support Advisor regarding this.
