Shopify Payments payout is not being processed properly.
I received a message saying my payout would be held while my account was reviewed.
Payout was delayed for a month because the information recorded in the bank account holder was different.
I submitted my corporate documents, ID card, and bankbook copy to Shopify, but it kept failing, and then this phrase appeared again.
What should I do?
Do I have to go through the certification process again? Payout will continue to fail.
