Why is my reactivated store still unavailable?

hey i need help ASAP!!
i reactivated my store after closing it 3 months and the store was fine and after reopening it the store is unavailable

i tried to change theme it didnt work

and i have no problem with the domain.

i tried all,now im trying to contact support but i cant find where i can contact them can u help me with this?

I understand your store is currently unavailable. It was a good call that you checked Shopify Status as store errors can be an indication of ongoing issues that we're investigating. Since all systems were operational when you visited Shopify Status, this error may be something that's unique to your store.

 

Now, the next course of action is to perform local troubleshooting, like what @Alex9090 has advised in his response. Clearing your browser's cookies and cache, trying a private browsing window or an incognito window and switching themes are key local troubleshooting steps. Since none of those fixed the issue, I also recommend trying to view your website using a different device (e.g. another mobile phone or desktop) and a different internet connection (e.g. mobile data instead of wifi). Additionally, ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can cause similar issues.

 

If the error still persists after performing local troubleshooting, the next step is to then contact support. Should you need to do so, you can follow the steps below to create a support ticket.

 

  1. Visit our Help Center.
  2. Chat with the AI assistant and enter "account concern."
  3. Click Chat with a Support Advisor as shown on this screenshot.

i did most of the things u said.
talked to support advisor and he said i have to wait to Trust and Safety team to check the store and to wait 1-3 days and im still waiting to.
