I recently paid the balance on my Shopify Credit card and all of a sudden the card locked. It says "
We temporarily locked your cards as part of a security check. Get help at help.shopify.com/questions." and of course when I speak to a live agent they just offer to "escalate" the situation.
What in the world is going on? My card all of a sudden locked on me when I took a work trip and the available credit I am supposed to have are NOT AVAILABLE.

For Shopify credit card locks this would be handled by our escalated accounts team. You will want to go through the escalation process that one of our live agents offered in order to have your account status looked into and any next potential steps. Reaching out to live support can be found from our help center here.
I've gone ahead and marked this reply as a solution for anyone in the future that happens to have a similar account lock so they can go through the proper steps as well.

Hello Dirk,
That was not a solution. The escalation team is non existent. I have called twice over 9 days and crickets. Shopify is solving my money and preventing payments from processing other than PayPal. I have even on Shopify for about 2 weeks and sold $3k and am ready to walk away.
