Hi Pixie,

Please take all of this with a pinch of salt - no offense meant.

- The font of your website is difficult to read, when compared with more traditional fonts. As a first impression it may be turning people off - I'd consider changing to an easier-to-read font.

- While I appreciate the concept behind "Slow Fashion", any negative-connotation words in your first landing page should maybe be avoided. The formatting of your site separating the words "Slow" and "Fashion" just makes the slow stand out even more.

- The journey from landing page to product should be as short as possible. I'd maybe reduce the size of the first image and then have a carousel of some products underneath - that way in one scroll of your landing page people can see the sort of style you are offering.

- Your cart and payment journey both look fine, and free shipping is always a good incentive to purchase.

Other than that, it looks really good.

Hi @Pixiesclothing,

I’m from Mageplaza, a Shopify solution expert.

I would be glad to review your website and provide feedback on improving its performance. Below are some suggestions to enhance website performance:

1. Adding promotional banner

You should add seasonal banners for current promotions or collections (e.g., Summer Sale, Winter Collection) to catch the attention of customers. Additionally, you should add ATC, Shop now or add to the wish list buttons to encourage customers to buy your products.

Here is the references:

2. Change the text styles

The current text is hard to read, you should change to a simple and easy to read style.

3. Adding filters on the category page

You should add more filter options like color, material, on sale, new arrivals, etc., to enhance customer experience, save time customer searching for products and therefore improve conversion rates. Here is a reference:

4. Provide detailed information about products

The lack of product information might be an issue for the conversion as it will cause the hesitation to purchase. You should add more product information such as size guide, care instructions, etc.. See the references below:

5. You may also like

I hope my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.
