Why is my Shopify app not allowing login due to Captcha issues?

Shopify App not allowing me to log in, error message says "Something prevented the Captcha from loading. Try disabling your ad blocker or reload the page."

App was working fine yesterday. No add blockers are turned on.

Anyone else having a problem?

As this error is likely related to Safari itself, I'd encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed those steps below for you to complete:

 

  • Ensure no ad blockers are enabled on your device/network.
  • On your mobile device, head to Settings > Safari and ensure block pop-ups and content blockers are disabled.
  • Within Settings > Safari select 'Clear History and Website data'.
  • Open Safari and login to Shopify.
  • Once successfully logged in, open the Shopify Mobile app and attempt to login.

Same here I can’t get into my store on the app  , same message popped up but I can log in to my store on the browser
