Why is my Shopify balance account locked?

I have recently faced issues with my shopify balance account where it says that it's temporary locked for no reason.

I have contacted support multiple times with absolutely no solution offered!!!!

They just kept on saying the same this that the case will be escalated to the internal team and then i don't hear nothing afterward. 

This is ridiculous

Unfortunately, Shopify balance account issues are managed by Shopify's internal teams, and I'm unable to directly resolve account-specific problems. I recommend following up with Shopify support to request an update on your case. It’s frustrating, but escalating through official channels is the best course.

I am in the same boat! I’ve contacted them every day for over a week and they refuse to do anything. I’m going to contact a lawyer if it’s not unlocked soon. I have money in there I need to access and they are not helping to resolve or even tell me what the issue is.
