Why is my Shopify balance payout delayed?

i was given 3 different dates for payouts! i was to recieve shopify balance funds since july 24 2023! today is august 7 i was also told i waould recieve payout today and have recieved nothing!!!

I understand that you're waiting for a payout from July 24 and you were told that the payout will be sent to you on Aug 7. It's possible that the payout is scheduled to be sent to your bank today. However, each bank does have their own processing times so the funds may not have reached your account yet. You can also try viewing your payouts and checking the status of the payout, or you can contact your bank to check if there are any pending funds as well. 

If you're unable to find the status for the payouts, then you can reply back to the email with our Payments team - where they've indicated that your payouts will be released on Aug 7. Or, you can also get in touch with us via the Shopify Help Center and we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chat. 

I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community! Once you've resolved the issue with your payout, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

i was told i would recieve the funds august 4 the aggent double checked and now they said august 7 and still nothing my date keeps getting pushed back i was confirmed 3 times with different dates and nothing!!!

i have been reaching out to coantact support EVERDAY since july 24 and still me reserved funds have not been released i was given four dates july 24,august 1, august 4 and august 7 and still nothing i have screenshots please help!!!

Thank you for following up and sharing the screenshots.

It looks like you're in communication with our Trust & Safety team, so I would look at their most recent message and go by the most recent date they've provided for your payouts. If you're still not seeing the payouts on the date they've indicated, then I'd recommend replying directly to the email and get a status update on your payouts as we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community. However, it's important to note that tickets are handled in the order they are received, so it can take several business days for them to get back to you.

IM STILL WAITING FOR UPDATE ON RESERVED BALANCE AND ITS BEEN 5 DAYS SINCE I HEARD BACK FROM RISK TEAM!!!
