Hi,
Occurred problem on Shopify Payments. When I wrote my account number, it showed me this. I thought it depended on my bank but they say this problem belongs to the other side.
How can I fix it? Why did this problem happen?

Can you tell me the country you are based in and what your store's default currency is set to? What is the currency of the bank account you are trying to connect to Shopify Payments? You can view the bank account requirements for Shopify Payments on our Help Center and check that you are trying to link an account type that is supported.

My country is Azerbaijan and my store currency is USD. I thought it depended on my bank account currency because it's different than USD. But now I have taken another bank card whose currency is USD.

Are you connecting a US-based bank account? Or are you using a virtual bank account or one provided by a bank provided in Azerbaijan?
Please note that Shopify Payments is not currently available to merchants in Azerbaijan, and in order to use a Shopify Payments US account eligibility requirements will need to be met. Merchants will need to provide a US-based address along with a bank account provided by a bank in the United States in the USD currency, and may also be asked to provide documentation verifying their identity and residency details.
I'd recommend looking into payment gateways available in Azerbaijan.

It's not a virtual bank,
One is provided by a bank in Azerbaijan. Shopify Payments is not available in Azerbaijan?
What can I do about that? I need immediately solution
Hi @Webistone,
You will need to look into other payment gateways available in Azerbaijan as you are not able to use Shopify Payments there. A bank account provided by an Azerbaijani bank will not be accepted. You can look into other payment gateways available in Azerbaijan on our payment gateways page.
