Why is my Shopify payout on hold since December?

My account is on hold for verification. I am waiting since december 22. And I still need To receive my payout (over €8000). The only answer I receive from them is To have patience, but I want my money now so I can close my account. I have paid all my order from my own money and they don’t care about it. I need an solution now!

Not much that you can do, especially if you don't reside in Canada and not having straight access to their legal system. I suggest that you wait until they resolve the issue which probably is investigations for "serious" reasons regarding the sales of your store. They have to comply with laws about money laundering etcetera.
