I received the message Your shop pay installments payouts are on hold. Contact Shopify support to learn about the next step. I contacted shopify support and they replied me that they sent ticket ID: a9de68a3-34c2-4535-96a4-1914feeb51c7 to my email. But I didn't receive any email. I've checked everything from junk, spam, etc. Still haven't received any emails with the above content. I was contacted no less than 3 times. But still only received general responses. The problem is not resolved.

Had the same issue - no emails and they've put my payouts on hold. Terrible treatment and no answers from Shopify!

Olivia, I have 'reached out' to the online chat team THREE TIMES and I get the same chirpy, happy

Olivia, I have 'reached out' to the online chat team THREE TIMES and I get the same chirpy, happy and useless response (that it's being escalated). 72 hours later and I haven't heard anything from the unit and Shopify has my company's money. Meanwhile, I have NO MONEY and my bills are stacking up with angry suppliers and staff waiting for their pay. This is barbaric and my mental health is suffering. I hold shopify wholely responsible for this. I've had NO EMAILS asking for any information and my last payout was THURSDAY LAST WEEK. This is totally unfair. I've been a good and responsible trader on the platform for three years and this is how I'm treated. Oh and by the way, Shopify Capital are still taking payments from my bank account whilst Shopify inc DON'T issue my payouts. The authorities and the press will be my next move - we are a family business and you are causing me to have sleepless nights and killing my mental health. Shame on you!

How did you solve this ? Did Shopify team reach out for more documents ?

Yes, eventually. The problem was that my inventory contained Disney
products and they wanted proof of them being genuine.
