I'm having trouble with buying my shopify subscription, I have enough money in my account and I'm using all the correct numbers but it's telling me that its being declined and I have no clue why

Are you getting some sort of error message as it gets declined? 

 

If so, could you confirm for me what that message it?

 

Sometimes, similar issues can be resolved by local troubleshooting, so I suggest the following steps:

 

  • Clear your cache and cookies on the Google Chrome browser, then try to take the steps to deactivate again.
  • Attempt to do the same on an alternative device i.e. if you're using mobile, try this on desktop.
  • Reset your internet connection and try again. Sometimes, network errors can lead to similar issues.

Give it a go and see if this helps you out.
