Why is my store payout still on hold after 120 days?

My store got closed for no reason in october 2023 and they told me that my payout would be released on feb 22nd 2024, 120 days to be exact. They have stopped replying and my payout isn't here yet. When I contact their live support, they just say to email that ticket and they don't ever reply so I'm stuck in a loop. Horrible service, stripe and paypal released held funds automatically, is shopify stealing or what? My ticket id is: 047aea85-db9b-46e4-ab7f-b88e1c44ea01
