Hey @Onlineframing

I can offer some general troubleshooting steps that you can follow to identify and potentially resolve the issue:

  1. Check Product Variations: Review the product variations setup in your Shopify admin. Ensure that the correct prices are assigned to each variation and that they are properly linked to the product in question.

  2. Verify Pricing Rules: If you have any pricing rules or discounts applied to the product, double-check that they are correctly configured. Make sure that the rules are accurately reflecting the prices based on the chosen variations.

  3. Test Different Variations: Test the subtotal calculation with different variations and options to see if the issue persists or if it only occurs with specific combinations. This can help pinpoint where the problem might lie.

  4. Disable Third-Party Apps: If you suspect that the issue is related to a specific app, such as the "Product Upload Option" app you mentioned, try disabling or temporarily removing the app to see if the subtotal calculation works correctly without it. If the issue is resolved, you can reach out to the app developer for assistance.

  5. Theme Compatibility: Ensure that your theme is compatible with any customizations or apps you have installed. Sometimes, conflicts can arise if there are compatibility issues between the theme and apps.

  6. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date version of your website. This can help rule out any caching-related issues.

  7. Reach Out to Support: If the issue persists and you're unable to resolve it, it's recommended to contact Shopify's support or the app developer's support team directly. They will have access to specific information about your store and can provide more targeted assistance.

Remember, it's important to provide specific details and any error messages you encounter when reaching out for support. This will help the support team better understand the problem and provide a more accurate solution.

Note: Since I don't have access to your website's backend or the specific app you mentioned, the above suggestions are general troubleshooting steps. It's always best to consult with Shopify's support or the app developer for more tailored assistance in resolving the issue.
