Hi,
I recently transfered ownership and the payment verification is still asking for id and verification in my name instead of the new owner?

I understand that you recently transferred ownership of your store. When ownership is transferred, the Shopify Payments account doesn't automatically transfer as well. This is because the new store owner needs to provide their personal and business details for the account. To update the Shopify Payments account information, the store owner will need to create a support ticket and request assistance from our team.
