Why is Shopify abondaning us regarding questions we ask?

I had alot of products that was placed and fulfilment centers are saying they are not geging full information for the orders to be delivered.  Most of this products came throught tiktok shope which they did not find me the right answere but shopify has compeletely shut down to answere any questions.  Has anyone experianced the same issue?
