Hi, @syedmuneeb2121.
Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community!
If you have a UPI ID, payment app, and PIN, then you can add UPI as your primary payment method for Shopify bills.
This means that when using your UPI payment app for transactions with Shopify, you may be asked to provide a one-time authorization for a payment of 5000 INR (Indian Rupees). By granting this mandate, you are giving permission to Shopify to automatically deduct payments for future bills that are below or equal to the specified mandate amount. This allows for convenient and automated payment processing for future transactions on Shopify.
You can find more information on this here: Unified Payments Interface (UPI) payment method.

You should be able to update the Unified Payments Interface and or/ add or replace the card on file, as per our Account Billing for India resource.
To comply with the Reserve Bank of India's guidelines for processing recurring online payments, Shopify bill payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment partner. Adding or re-entering your card connects you to Razorpay, where you establish a mandate that permits Shopify to automatically charge your card each month. Whenever this mandate is used to charge your card, your bank sends a pre-debit notification to you through SMS, giving notice that Shopify will charge your card in 24-48 hours.
In regard to using Shopify for only a month, could you share a bit more about this? If you'd like to continue using Shopify after the free trial and maintain your online store, you'll need to choose a subscription plan. If you choose a paid plan during your free trial, then you aren't charged any subscription fees until the end of your free trial period. You can view our plans through our Pricing and Plans page.
