Why is Shopify asking me to pick a plan when I already picked one today and paid?!

Are you able to share a bit more insight into the issue you're experiencing?

 

During your free trial period, you're able to choose a paid plan but you aren't charged any subscription fees until the end of your free trial period. 

 

You mentioned that you have already chosen a paid plan. The system will not prompt you again to choose a paid plan unless you are upgrading or downgrading your plan. If you're able to share a screenshot and more information, I'll be happy to investigate further.

Hi,

 

Perhaps it's because you've upgraded to a paid plan, but there are still a few days left of the trial version that doesn't require payment. Once the trial version expires, the plan selection information will likely disappear.

hi I am having the same issue. i have an active store, and my free trial is done and i have been paying my monthly fee-iwasjust charged on the 11th-  now i cant access my store from login.

Welcome to the Shopify Community, and thanks for joining the thread. 

 

It sounds like your question differs slightly. Are you inquiring why you were billed on the 11th? Shopify's subscription billing works on a 30-day cycle. You're billed for your Shopify plan and app subscriptions. If you pick a plan during your free trial, your first bill is due when the trial ends. You can view and manage your subscriptions in your Shopify admin under Settings > Billing. You can find more information in our Charges Help Center resource.

 

Lastly, you mentioned you cannot access your store from the login page. If you could share additional details such as 1) if there is an error message, 2) are you inputting the correct login credentials and 3) have you received any email correspondence from our team?
