Why is Shopify not responding to my active tickets?
Getting ignored by Shopify for 2 weeks straight. No follow-up, no escalate, no close. This is still an active ticket to this second.
Subitted another ticket and it got escalated. 1 week in still no one answered. Can't payout the miserable 2 sales I got with blood and sweat. Julius was an exceptional advisor though, no complaints.
