Hi I have been asked for proofs:

*Proof of address - Utility bill (e.g. water, electricity, or gas bill from the past 3 months), lease agreement (dated) or property insurance (dated)

* Proof of business association (i.e. business license, business registration documents (with company number) or business tax filing record).
* Proof of inventory (i.e. dated supplier invoices, dated manufacturing agreements)

* Social media links related to your business (if none, please explain how are you driving traffic to your store)

I have sent to Shopify it - My shop is frozen because of unpaid bill - Wanted to do that but when I tried to pay my bank had technical issue and I could not make payment. Meanwhile my shop was running ads 2 days and i got a traffic to shop and now people calling me and asking is my shop fake. WHY SHOPIFY IS so hard to reply for proofs??? 3 days already!!! SHOPIFY Please start working this is absurd, its 2024. Year not 1990.year. I have been your customer 3-4 Years. I have also meeting with investors after 2 days how can I present my shop?

I am also responsible for the money which has been given for my shop stock from investors. This is madness! Shopify Please let me pay the bill, so I can continue running my shop!
I never ever seen something like this so long to take review documents, I also wrote reminder emails to: legal@shopify.com - no response - are you just chilling in chairs there? Should I go Public in media for this case to get heard? This has to be sorted!

Hi its already 1 week and there is nothing that has been done! I received original this email from legal@shopify.com - Replied and sent more than requested information no response! Shopify my investors is about to sue me because 1 week no response its not normal its absurd!

Still no action! Its been 4 days since Ive sent documents!!! I bought stock - i have to gibe to accountant reports what going on with Stock, money that I spent for ads - I need to give reports so I can explain spendings. Every single hour my company reputation is getting down!!!

5 Days Gone - NO REPLY! Im getting calls from investors, customers - People invested money in this shop! Its unbelievable what are you doing! Im will have to go to court if the investors will go for it!!! I have sent you all you asked even more + payment details from bank account everything!!!!
