The cost of a Basic membership is advertised on the website as $29 crossed out, and $1 a month for the first three months. But when you try to join, the cost is $39 a month! Why the discrepancy? Also, there don't seem to be any live persons to talk or chat with in customer support. Just a robot!
The same happened to me and more. I signed up for the advertised price of $29. When our one month free trial expired, we were charged $39 for the basic plan + $89 for POS Pro. What is POS Pro? We never signed up for or requested this. So now our monthly fee shows at $128 when it was advertised at $29. Hopefully there is a way to dispute this. We have a month of work building a preliminary page and want to use the product, but not with bait and switch pricing.
