Why is the Business Verification Page showing a birthday error?

I am receiving an error when entering my business partners birthdate on the Business Verification Page that the birthdate is not correct. I am entering it correctly.

I am also not able to upload his Drivers License as there is not a link. We own the company together. I own 51% and he owns 49%

Please help
