We're having this issue with our account - all of our orders have a strikethrough line going through the shipping total. And then it says $0.00, but the total owed is for the total with shipping. It doesn't seem to be affecting confirmation emails to customers, as we did a test order and our order confirmation was for the item price and shipping.
We don't have any active shipping coupons available, so I don't know why we are getting this on our account. Anyone have any ideas?

No real news, other than it's a known issue that's being investigated by their tech team now.
Hi, the issue was resolved in our store by the tech team, is yours resolved too? Payment was captured correctly for all orders, it was just a cosmetic issue (phew!)

Man. I'm just going to come out and say it. This year I have done nothing but regret using Shopify. This platform sucks. All their 'new features' they recently rolled out, only half of which are even available. All the half baked features they released previously. And now stuff like this.
I've had orders come through over the past two years where the shipping is just not paid whatsoever. It's like shopify just forgot to charge the shipping or something. This has costed me a decent amount in shipping costs. I thought this was just another instance of this issue but it looks like its something different altogether.
Shopify needs to get it together. This is nuts.
