I am so frustrated trying to find a way to contact customer service for Shopify. Is there NO CUSTOMER SERVICE? We pay for a service monthly and can’t get ANY help with it!! Thinking about canceling and switching services where I can actually talk to a HUMAN!

Hi everyone,
Since the original post in this thread is from January 2022, this topic will now be closed. The Help Center process has changed since then, so some of the replies in this thread are no longer relevant.
At the time of this post (October 2023), you can get in touch with Shopify Support via the Help Center assistant. The virtual assistant will present any resources relevant to the topic you need help with. If you still require support after that, you can tell the assistant so and you'll be led to the contact options.
I understand that this process has been frustrating for you, but please note that wait times for any contact method would be much lengthier without this in place.
If you are experiencing a technical issue in the Help Center and this has not been resolved by basic troubleshooting steps (checking for browser updates, clearing cache and cookies, please post a new topic in the Shopify Community explaining what you're looking for help with.

While there isn't currently a direct line to call, Shopify Support is still available 24/7 and you can speak to a real person via live chat, email, or callback. We value your time and don't want you to have to wait on hold when you can be taking care of other aspects of your business, so we're offering callbacks instead of a direct line.
Please find any of the contact options mentioned above in the Shopify Help Center for assistance with anything account-specific like billing or payouts. Alternatively, I'm happy to help with general support questions here.

When options are to ask a question to find relative answers. I guess I’m not asking the right questions. I need to talk to someone now. What is a direct email to a person???
All of the contact options including email are available through the Shopify Help Center so that we can authenticate your account and discuss account details securely.
After entering your search terms and reviewing the resources that populate, you can scroll down and click Continue if you still need to speak with someone from our team. The email, live chat, or callback options will all be listed on the page after clicking the Continue button.

Hi Sarah! I doubt you will ever get to talk to someone. Shopify close all support lines. The only wait to talk to someone is through their AI chat, and nobody will ever reply!!!!
Oh your staff ok tell me how to get rid of sales chanel I no longer use that shopify is charging me for.
They tell me get rid of the sales channels what about the charges?
