Why is this company's customer service so poor?

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever seen.....You can't speak to anyone except their robot.  Really really terrible

YOU SAID IT !!!! When I first started 3 yrs ago they were awesome ...now it seems they care more about quantity rather then quality !!! I too have had numerous troubles trying to FIND the help let alone GET it !!! Truly the service here has slacked tremendously!!!! We paid for so much in the beginning and now it's all being taken away !!!! I hate it and have looking into and probably will be moving my business else were !!! There are to many other platforms that DO care about their smaller customers out there to be paying the bills round here anymore !!! GOOD LUCK to you and if you ever need anything I'm always round !!! Happy sales !!! 😞
