Hey guys,
Basically, I integrated my store with products from a supplier called "Montink", who do the same work as "Printful". The issue is that when someone makes a purchase in my store, the customer's data is not being sent to the Montink platform. Therefore, they are unable to make the delivery. The data such as ZIP code, contact information, and CPF are not being exported there, for some reason. I contacted Montink and i give them my account of shopify, and they told me this:
''After an analysis by our development team, I have obtained a valid response about your case: What is happening is that your store has some incorrect configuration related to customer privacy. However, our development team was able to identify it, due to being on another platform and not having the proper access. We request that if possible, you directly contact the SHOPIFY support team to correct the apparent error. I am including the screenshot sent by the development team below.''
Please, i really need help with that
I am having the same problem, have you found a solution yet? I have to email my supplier everytime with the customer data, this wasn't a problem before but since the last 2 weeks I am experiencing this issue.
