Why isn't my address verification approved for my store opening?

I managed to upload a statement from my bank account from the selected options, where my address is also visible, because of your verification of my address and despite this I was not approved. I've been dealing with this for a month and no one is able to help me verify my address so I can finally open my store for an audience.

I'm really running out of patience.

It looks like the document being requested is a utility bill, rather than a bank statement in this case. It is worth noting - For address verification, we cannot reuse a document. For example, if a driver's license was used for identity verification, an additional document such as a utility bill will need to be included if an address verification document is required as well. So in this case, it would be best to use a utility bill as the screenshot requests. Some advice for ensuring the utility bill document can be uploaded successfully: 

• The file should be a JPEG or PNG file. Occasionally a PDF file will work but can often cause errors with the upload.
• The file needs to be 8000px by 8000px or smaller
• The file size needs to be 5MB or smaller

If you are still having trouble getting a utility bill accepted after this, then I would advise reaching out to live support for their advice on this. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. it's probably the third time I've written here, but that's okay. Since I'm still living with my parents, I don't have access to any of the energy bills mentioned. It says, as you can see in the photo below, that I can upload a statement from my bank account where my address is clearly visible. I uploaded the statement from my bank account, even translated it from English to English so you wouldn't have to deal with it, but even though it says I can upload the statement from my bank account there, they didn't approve it. I don't understand why. There was also a clearly visible address of mine as they want it to be there so I don't understand why they didn't approve. Email me here or contact someone I can contact with this problem because they keep directing me here to this community, but I think it's pointless because they haven't helped me here yet. Or just write to me on my email (vuckovski.max@seznam.cz) and I'll send you any possible items so you can finally verify the address, even though I don't understand why you want to verify my address, I have no reason to give the wrong address anywhere but I understand it.
