Why isn't my business verification submitting properly?

I have set up my Shopify store and completed everything, there was a popup on balance that said that I need to verify my business information. When I pressed submit when I entered my SSN, it didn't work. The submit button loaded for a bit and then it stopped. It remained on the same page and it is still asking for it...

Please help as I tried to use a different browser, different device and cleared my cache. I cannot move on with my business...
