Why isn't my domain loading after upgrading to the Basic package?

Hi,

I bought my domain and entered into the 3 day trial. I let this elapse for 2 days and bought the STARTER package. Realising this wasn’t my own website I upgraded to BASIC to have my own website.

My domain unfortunately won’t work when I type the address into Google - a page loads saying ‘Sorry This Page Is Currently Unavailable’.

Other pages won’t load either just as Shopify Help pages- I am told there is a technical issue.

I am using an iPhone 11 which I have cleared the data and history from but the issue persists.

id just like to get my domain working again and have access to Shopify help should I need it.

Thank you- that was the issue and I’ve now managed to resolve that with your advice!

Do you by any chance know how I can stop seeing these error messages on all the Shopify help pages (and also when I click on any step-by-step guides)?

even when I click on the Help Centre Home button it will reload this error button (I’ve cleared all history/cache on my phone)?

That's a frustrating situation to be in - I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your website. I think I might be able to help you get things back up and running. I need to ask you a few questions so I can get more information about what's going on. Can you tell me what the domain name is that you're trying to access? And are you trying to access it through the Shopify admin or through your browser?
