Why isn't my latest payout showing up in my balance?

Hi. I need help finding out why a payout isn’t showing up in my Shopify balance. All other payouts so far have shown up correctly with no issues. It was showing pending in my account then never showed up.

Thank you for reaching out about this. In this situation you will want to contact either our authenticated chat support via our Help Center or our Balance support team through their email provided in your Balance account agreement. Our community support does not have access to merchant accounts, so we will not be able to investigate this with you.
