Why isn't my Paypal tracking being automatically applied?

When customer pay via paypal, i ship the order and tracking through shopify, but they retrieve the funds from paypal automatically, but tracking isn't added at the same time, clearly i would need that, so how do we get the tracking to add to paypal, off course i can manually do it, but that defeats the whole purpose of things.

You want to automatically add tracking info to PayPal when you fulfill Shopify orders with PayPal payments. There are two options:

1. Limited built-in Shopify functionality (for PayPal Express Checkout only): When you fulfill an order and enter a tracking number, Shopify automatically sends it to PayPal (if you use PayPal Express Checkout).

2. Third-party app (wider compatibility): These apps connect Shopify and PayPal and automatically send tracking information whenever you fulfill an order. This works with any PayPal integration on Shopify, but may have costs and require setup.
