I am currently trying to verify my email to use the Shopify email plugin in order to send emails to my customer. My email is correct and I have checked every folder. The verification email says it has been sent but I never receive the email. Any help would be much appreciated
I just checked and it is letter for letter. I’m confused as to why it’s not working. Is there a customer support chat or phone number that you know of?
Yes I have checked my Junk folder and searched for Shopify under all. I’ve also already added it to my address book. I’m using an Outlook email
Hi, you can delete your old previous email from your inbox, or if your inbox is complete, please delete some emails. Then send verification again. Please try my process
