All things Shopify and commerce
Hello,
I lauched my website recently, and it's available online in a number of countries (including USA, Lebanon, Ivory coast, France, etc...), but in Saudi Arabia, where I live now it is not available unless I change my VPN address! I keep receiving this message:
The webpage at (website) might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Hi there @amartamra!
Could you let me know if you have just recently updated the DNS records for your store's domain?
It can take some time for changes like this to propagate online and this propagation can occur at different times depending on where in the world you are.
If you're happy to share your domain with me here, I can check it out from my location to see what we might be able to see there.
Otherwise, I would expect to wait at least 48 hours after updating any domain DNS records before expecting it to be fully propagated online.
Let me know how recently you made any such changes and whether the domain is still not visible for you from a given location so we can check this out together!
You mentioned you had recently launched your store, how has that been going for you and do you know what your next project is for your business?

Hello @Don,
Thank you so much for your quick response!
Actually it has been a while that I linked my domain name, more than 1 month ago.
You can find here the domain connection to my shopify, as well as my website name. So if you could check it that would be great.
The problem is that only my friends in Saudi Arabia are not able to see it, but in other countries it's visible.
Thank you for your assistance!
Amar
Hi again @amartamra!
Thanks for getting back to me here and for confirming that info for me.
I can load up your site okay for me from here, and the DNS has propagated correctly in the regions I was able to check for online myself.
One thing I'd like us to check out from here is to try the steps given in this third-party guide that relate to this error.
Let me know how you get on with that and if this process helps to eliminate that error for you!
