How can the gift note (which customers fill in at check out) show on our packing slip please? It's not showing at the moment.
Many thanks,

Hi @BBS3,
To enhance the user experience, I recommend relocating your existing text fields from the cart page to the product page, using the free Easify Product Options app. Then you can reach out to Easify team via live chat and make a request to showcase your customers' input from the text fields directly on your packing slip, without any additional fees 🤗.
Here's a brief guide on setting up your text fields with the app:
Hi @BBS3,
I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.
For your question, you can add the gift note (order note) at checkout to the packing slip by following these steps:
I also want to compliment you on your website as it looks clean & majestic. It's clear that you've put a lot of thought and effort into creating a great online presence. In the meantime, I would like to give some recommendations to help you improve it to some extent.
1. Refine the header menu bar
For now the header bar accounts for much room and the hero banner can not be shown perfectly. You can consider reducing the font size & spare more zoom to avoid the banner being cut. As in just 5 seconds the shoppers who first land on your site should realize what products you are selling & what the brand key points are.
You can take this image below for reference:
2. Add button to hero banner on homepage
This would help you to increase the conversion rate to add a Call to action button that guides visitors what action you want them to take. It could link to the feature product, a collection or an event that the store runs on soon, etc. This helps direct their attention and encourages them to engage with your website.
3. Show estimated delivery date at product detail page
As I can see now shoppers need to go to the checkout page to see the shipping information. Instead, I suggest adding it right at the product detail page because knowing the estimated delivery date before checkout can affect the buying decision. It allows customers to choose products based on their urgency or timeline, which can lead to more informed and confident buying choices.
4. Add “You may also like” Section at product page to increase sales
“You may also like” or “Explore more" section provides an opportunity for cross-selling by suggesting related or complementary products to the one the customer is currently viewing. This can increase the average order value by encouraging customers to add more items to their cart. Also, it's a chance to provide a personalized experience for your customers & make them happy.
5. Highlight the scarcity & time-limit of your Christmas Promotion
I noticed you are promoting a Christmas gift set and it would be better if you could add a countdown timer. Countdown timers are highly effective in creating a sense of urgency and scarcity. By displaying a limited-time countdown, you encourage customers to take immediate action to participate in the promotion, as they don't want to miss out on the offer.
That’s all of my feedback. Hope it will help you grow your business better. Feel free to reach me in the reply section if you need further discussions. Wish you luck and endurance on your entrepreneurship journey!
Cheers,
Kate | PageFly Team

Thank you so much Kate!
I really appreciate your advice 🙂
I tried your instructions:
I got to step 5 and can't see a checkbox - is this because I need to 'Upgrade to POS Pro to access more customization'? Here's a screen grab so you can see what it says on the left hand side. Is there another way to achieve the same result?
Thank you so much for your help,
Natalie
Hi @BBS3 ,
You are right because the default packing slip in Shopify may not be suitable for all customers. You should see it like this in your Shopify POS store:
Another way you can try is using another app from Shopify. Here I recommend you use alternative apps, such as Invoice Hero PDF or Order Printer, which works seamlessly with Shopify POS. Let's try and get back to me if anything happens.
Thanks & Regards,

Hello Kate,
I have tried using the Order Printer app but it hasn't changed anything.
The Gift Note use to show until I updated our Theme.. it's really frustrating.
Is there anything else we could try?
Also, could you kindly tell us how to reduce the typeface in the header menu bar please?
Thank you so much,
Natalie
