Why isn't the 'Customers Also Bought' section showing on all product pages?

On one of my product pages it shows my other product as a Customers Also Bought, but on the other product it just has the little section where it should be but instead its just an empty space without even having the text.

I understand that you want to display related products on your website. To help you with this, I need to know which app you are using to power your search and filter functionality.

• If you are using the Shopify Search & Discovery app, then you can easily configure the related products in the app settings, as shown in the screenshot below. You can choose which products to show as recommanded product.
• If you are not using the Shopify Search & Filter app, then I need to investigate further in your store to find out the source of the issue. Please contact me on private chat and I will guide you on how to share your store access with me.
