Why isn't the 'Enter Password' option functioning on my website?

If you're trying to sign in to your Shopify account, generally you'll want to sign in at this link.

However, if the password is for someone else to enter your store in the meantime, and it is not working, it is likely to do with your theme. Can you clarify the below for me?

1. What kind of theme are you using?

2. Does this happen while in incognito mode, another browser or device?

It sounds like you're trying to change the title of your return policy from "Refund Policy" to "Return Policy". Unfortunately, Shopify automatically sets the title for this section as "Refund Policy".

However, you can try the following workaround:

1. Go to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.
2. Click on "Online Store" -> "Themes".
3. Find the theme you want to edit and click "Actions" -> "Edit Languages".
4. Under the "Filter Translations" box, type in "Refund Policy".
5. You should now see "Refund Policy" under the "Checkout & System / Policy" section.
6. In the text box to its right, type "Return Policy" and click "Save".

This will change the "Refund Policy" label that appears on your website to "Return Policy".

Remember that this method only changes the display name. The actual URL slug will remain as /policies/refund-policy. This is something you can't change through the admin dashboard as of my knowledge cutoff in 2021, but it's also something that most customers won't notice.

Please note, it's crucial to keep up-to-date with Shopify's platform updates because some of these instructions might have changed.
