Why isn't the mobile theme movement working on my Mono theme?

Hello, my theme is called "Mono" and I have noticed an issue with the movement of the theme when scrolling on the main page. In Shopify admin, on mobile the movement of images and other areas seem to be working as well as on desktop. But when I went on my own mobile device as well as others the theme movement seemed to not be working. It works on my desktop but not on mobile. These movements when scrolling on the home page adds towards the experience and feel of our store.
