Why isn't the Translate Adapt app translating all my store text to French?

I am using the Translate Adapt app, to translate a store to French, for some reason some texts and parts are not being translated when I preview the URL with the translated store. Also, I tried to manually look for that specific text within the app but it doesn't appear in the content to select to translate, it seems like it wasn't mapped for some reason.

here is an example of what is doing

<span class="slideshow__slide__title__different__color">pour les chiens canadiens</span>
</h2>

it is translating the <span> element while the text before it is not, and for some reason that specific text does not appear in the Template section inside the Home page.

The strings may not translatable at all because they aren't coded to be translatable in the first place.

It could be a static string like a store name/tagline , or an untranslated metafield, etc etc

Or the theme isn't well made, or has been customized without going far enough, or content comes from an app, etc etc etc.

To know for sure someone would need to dig around in the theme to diagnose the issue then try to fix it.
