Why isn't the USPS return label link working?

When creating a return, the link to print the USPS label does not work. It comes back with:

This page isn’t working

xxxx.com took too long to respond.

HTTP ERROR 504

The tracking number Is generated in USPS, but the link sent to customers comes back with the above when clicked. Need help
