Why my cost per item at zero in legacy products?

Hello,

I was doing a product over look and I noticed that my cost per item for the older products are at zero, these products were transferred from orbelo and then I changed to dsers. 

-Shouldn't the cost per item be automatically transferred?

-Does this mean the supplier not going to get paid per item sold?
