Why other people can not open the profile link on their phone?

Today I got the issue from other people, I created the profile link and send it to others to open it and when they try to open the link, it can open from the pc only, but on the phone they cannot open this link. How can I solve this problem?

Hello there @Ajcharaphorn I believe there’s an issue in the code set up somewhere which a lot of people on here can help you solve depending on your store but you would first need to share your store URL link, would you mind doing that?
