Why shopify is charging ma even I have payed monthly bill and I’m not subscribed to third party app

I got charged for my shopify monthly cycle $25 on 11 September. I dont have any third party apps or pending payments and yet today shopify charged me unnecessarily for like AED10 as I am paying in AED.

please help me solve it as if this continues I cant use this app for my business and I will have to deactivate my store unwantedly especially after seeing many concerns of people here who are charged extra after monthly plan
