Yesterday we got a mail from Shopify, about the termination of our store. we did everything legally, paid for the annual plan and would like to know the reason of termination. In the mail there was a link to the form for the appeal. When we submit the form we get an application error..

I had already communicated with the support advisor a day ago and submitted an appeal form already.
You mean your store has restored after you communited with the shopify support advisor?
I would like to confirm how long it took from receiving the message to the store finally returning to normal.
If it takes a long time, I will consider building a new website or switching platforms.
