Why terminated?

I opened a trial of Shopify on Friday (3 days ago) and cancelled the trial on Sunday (yesterday) after I realized that I was not far along enough in product design to start a paid subscription.  Today I received a "Termination" notice saying that I violated some Term of Service?  What on earth is this about?  I can't imagine what I could have done in the very few of hours I spent on Shopify that could result in this notice.

The notice also says to log into my account to appeal, yet I 've close my account - how do I do that?

Please let me know next steps.
